In November I wrote about coloring with Crayola crayons at work between calls. I was also researching ways of turning photos into b&w line work so I could color them. Well, I found an incredible how-to online, and then my laptop's harddrive died. It was repaired, but I lost Photoshop. I went to visit my brother and sister-in-law and he restored it, giving me a legal copy of CS2. I've done a bunch of celebrity pictures now, but I go through and toss out more celeb photos than keep them. Its because not every photo lends itself to a good b&w copy. And since tax-time is over (as of April 15th,) its slowed enough at work to start coloring again. Also, with no one sitting by me anymore, I don't socialize except phone calls...

And that's probably why I allowed a co-worker to get me onto Facebook, which like any new thing, I got pretty obsessed on for a while...

And my sister-in-law introduced me to Swap-bot.com, a website that lets people create things and send them, to assigned people. Originally, I was going to do the postcard but it was too hard to figure out how to make it a post-card so I switched to ATCs. Artist Trading Cards. Since I can't show them before swaps, I'll post the, after. My goal right now is to continue using the coloring book style on these cards, and use celebrities.
